Unless agreed otherwise, and in writing, full payment of invoices must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.  As a small business and in order for us to maintain a quality service, cash-flow is required to enable stock to be purchased and wages to be paid.  Failure to pay invoices as outlined will result in services not being provided in the future and may result in additional late-payment penalties.
